We’re hiring a dedicated Heat Pump Installer to join our growing team. You’ll install, commission, and maintain air-source heat pumps, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and MCS guidelines.
No experience or certification? No problem—we provide full training to help you become MCS certified.
Responsibilities:
Install and commission heat pump systems.
Complete required documentation (MCS compliant).
Maintain excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
Mentor junior team members as you progress.
Requirements:
Passionate and eager to learn about renewable energy.
Good communication and practical skills.
Commitment to quality and safety standards.
