An excellent opportunity for a Trainee Grouting Operative to join a well-established company!
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Salary: Competitive Salary, Depending on Experience.
Location: Gravesend, Kent
About The Company:

They are expanding their team and looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to support their grout production operations across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in construction with full training and clear progression paths.
Responsibilities Include:
• Assist the Production Director with grout production on construction sites nationwide
• Support site setup, equipment cleaning, hose layout, and material handling
• Load/unload production vehicles and maintain stock and yard organisation
• Regular travel and overnight stays required (accommodation, travel & meals provided).
Candidate Requirements:
• Willingness to travel and stay away during the week, sometimes at short notice
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
• Experience in manual handling or site labouring preferred
• Full UK driving licence or working towards
• Live within 1 hour of their Gravesend yard
• CSCS card holder or willing to obtain (provided by the company)
