Summary
Post: Care Worker / Personal Assistant
Hours:2x 40 (FT) and 2x 26 (PT) Hours per week (Mix of day and night shifts, day hours will differ during term time)
Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour Gross (note: must meet Scottish Living Wage as a minimum amount)
Description:
4 Personal Assistants/ Care Workers are required to join a team caring for a 15 year old daughter with complex care needs to assist with their personal and social care requirements. The family are looking for people who are reliable, willing to learn new things, flexible, trustworthy, good at communication and working in a team.
Tasks will include:
- Assisting with Gastrostomy feeding
- Assisting with oral care/ suctioning
- Assisting with Bathing
- Assisting with Accessing activities in the community
- Any other duties commensurate with the role of Care Worker / Personal Assistant

Full training will be provided as well as NHS certification.
Applicants must have membership of Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) and be willing to share this information with the employer
