Salary: £25,621 (trainee) - £27,881 (qualified) per annum

Location: Hybrid - home working (England/Wales only) and based at a Leicestershire branch.

About the role
Our Money Advice Service helps local residents struggling with debt. As a trusted caseworker, you will help clients understand their options, navigate complex processes like bankruptcy and Debt Relief Orders, and regain financial control. You will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice, maximising client income, and negotiating with creditors to find sustainable solutions.
What you’ll bring
You are an empathetic communicator who explains complex information simply. As a resourceful and adaptable problem-solver, you effectively manage a challenging caseload in a fast-paced environment. You must be a team player, open to feedback and keen to learn. Specialist debt advice training is an advantage, but full support is provided for you to become qualified.
