Summary
We are currently looking for Pickers and Packers for our client based in Feltham.
The role will be working as a Warehouse Operative helping sort, pick and pack various foods products to go to Costa stores. They have 2 areas which you will need to work in ambient which will be the same temperature as outside and chilled which is kept at around 3 degrees Celsius.
You will be using a voice headset which will tell you which aisle and location to go to, to collect the items. This will mean you will need to have a good understanding of the English language.
Most of the role will be light; however, you may be required to lift a crate of drinks from time to time so you should still be prepared for some heavy lifting. Majority of the products are small food items.
The first 3 shifts will be an induction where you will be shown health and safety, how to use the picking headsets and how to do the job. After that you will be put on a rota.
They have the below shifts available working 5 out of 7 days which will mean you will be required any day of the week meaning weekends too.
10pm-6am
Pay: £14.51
The first 6 weeks will be purely judged on your attendance and reliability, then the final 6 weeks will be based on your productivity and hitting targets.
This will be a temp to perm position and once you have completed 12 weeks you will be offered a FULL TIME CONTRACT.

-Someone who is reliable and punctual.
-Happy to work alone and as part of a team.
-Physically fit
