Some of your Duties/Responsibilities:
Experience of leading and organising teams within a production environment and off site working.
Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.
Implements business initiatives, including prompt corrective action plans for locations with below threshold performance.
Ensures efficient and economical performance in accordance with operating budgets, year-end goals and objectives.
Assesses team performance and provides regular feedback to employees.
Ensures all employees receive the appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training.
Collaborates and aligns team efforts with organisational objectives and relevant stakeholders
Sets clear team goals and delegates tasks as appropriate.
Ensures machinery/equipment is in full working order, troubleshoot problems (First Line Maintenance).
You must hold a level 3 in both Leadership and Engineering (Or equivalent) to apply for this role
You will be joining a fantastic management team who I have had the pleasure of working closely with over the last 8 years.
I have first hand experience of their friendly, passionate approach to what they do and it's a complete pleasure to be working together on this.
