Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Spa Therapist to provide high-quality treatments to our guests. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence, delivering personalized services, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, to the highest standards.
-Ensure a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all guests.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked treatment environment.
-Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to enhance service offerings.
-Collaborate with the spa team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
-NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
-Proven experience as a spa therapist, with strong skills in a variety of treatments.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to work flexibly across a 5-day schedule, including weekends, with shifts between 08:30 and 19:30.
-Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
