ROLE: Aftersales Advisor
LOCATION: Slough
SALARY: 32k, 45k ote+company benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. 1 in 2 Saturday monrings 8.30 – 12.30
YOLO Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s dealership in the county of Berkshire.
You will need to have experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor and a full UK driving license.
Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
• Sell additional products, services and repair works
• Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
• Approach all customers and assist with requests
• Maintain effective liaison with sales, parts and workshop team
• Ensure the tidiness of the service reception area to promote the professional image
• Maintain a presence at the service reception desk, ensuring that all customer queries are answered
