Summary
ROLE: Aftersales Advisor / Service Advisor
LOCATION: Portsmouth
SALARY: 30k basic - 45k OTE + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8.00 – 12.00 (get half a day off the following week)
YOLO Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s dealership in Portsmouth.
You will need to have experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor and a full UK driving license.
Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
• Sell additional products, services and repair works
• Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
• Approach all customers and assist with requests
• Maintain effective liaison with sales, parts and workshop team
• Ensure the tidiness of the service reception area to promote the professional image
• Maintain a presence at the service reception desk, ensuring that all customer queries are answered
