Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team, this role is initially holiday cover, but it could open doors to some more long-term work. The location is near to Crystal Peaks, in Sheffield and it is predominately cleaning offices. The clean is jsut a couple of hours per day, with some level of flexibility.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas, all within an office setting.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained - these are held at the site.
Follow established cleaning protocols to meet health and safety standards.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
Requirements
Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
