I am seeking a passionate and committed deputy manager to join this lovely medium sized , nursing, residential and dementia care home that is highly regarded in the area
As deputy manager you will be supported by 2 clinical leads and over see the dementia and nursing units (45 beds combined) you will ensure excellent quality care is given and work closely with the home management team to ensure each receives the exceptional care they deserve.

My client offers a super salary and working conditions in a lovely , friendly care home with a supportive management team
You will be an RGN with a current PIN and have supervisory experience with elderly and dementia residents
This is a super role for a committed clinician who is passionate about elderly care
