ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Spurgeons as a Community and Family Navigator and play a vital role in transforming lives across Wiltshire. This dynamic position is at the heart of our Family Hub model, offering tailored support to families and fostering connections within the community to create lasting positive change. You will work closely with families, helping them navigate local resources and services while building partnerships with schools, community organisations, and faith groups to enhance the family support network. As a leader, you will manage a team of Family Navigators and volunteers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality support. Your work will include developing sustainable, community-led services through co-production, promoting volunteering opportunities, and advocating for family needs. Collaboration is key, and you’ll actively engage with multi-agency partners, strategic leaders, and local stakeholders to create an integrated approach to family support. Please note, daily travel across the North of Wiltshire will be required.
