This role calls for a chef who can blend maintaining excellent standards, while working efficiently in a fast-paced, trend-setting, client-focused environment.
What you'll do:
Prepare and cook meals following provided recipes
Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
Support with packed lunch preparation and dinner service
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen areas
Complete due diligence paperwork using the Kelsius system
Participate in performance reviews and training as required
Work collaboratively with the team and independently when needed
Adhere to all company and client policies, including health and safety and COSHH regulations
What you'll bring:
Previous experience in a catering or cooking role
Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and COSHH regulations
Strong team player with good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and attention to detail
Willingness to undertake relevant training
