You'll provide essential administrative support for safeguarding, behaviour, student welfare, and medical records, acting as a key safeguarding liaison. Responsibilities include managing safeguarding databases, preparing statutory paperwork, and ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping. A strong understanding of statutory frameworks for safeguarding and SEND is crucial, as you'll be the first point of contact for child protection concerns and facilitate timely external referrals.
