Are you passionate about digital transformation and empowering people through technology? Do you thrive on creating engaging
learning experiences that drive real change? If so, we want you to lead our Microsoft 365 training and adoption journey!
As our Microsoft 365 Training and Adoption Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of revolutionising how our colleagues work. You’ll
design and deliver dynamic training programmes that help teams embrace the full potential of Microsoft 365 tools—from Teams and
SharePoint to OneDrive and beyond. Your mission? To foster a culture of digital confidence, collaboration, and continuous learning
across the organisation.
This is more than a training role—it’s a chance to shape how we work, communicate, and innovate.
What you'll be doing:
* Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 training and adoption.
* Create engaging, interactive training materials tailored to different departments and learning styles.
* Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
* Lead adoption campaigns and collaborate with internal comms to promote success stories.
* Provide hands-on support and guidance to users throughout their M365 journey.
* Monitor user engagement and adoption metrics, using insights to refine your approach.
* Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to embed change management strategies.
* Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest M365 features and trends.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in Microsoft 365 training, adoption, or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of M365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
* Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Experience in designing training programmes and delivering them across diverse audiences.
* Familiarity with change management principles and a data-driven approach to adoption.
* Microsoft certifications related to M365 training and adoption are a bonus—but your energy, creativity, and drive to make a
difference are what matter most.
Additional Information:
* All successful applicants will be required to complete the following pre-employment checks before a start date can be
confirmed:
* Right to work verification
* Qualification certificate check
* 2x completed references
* OH Health Questionnaire – Fit For Work
* DBS check (if required for role)
* Completion of all new starter documentation including signed T&C’s
