Summary
Develop training and support offer by using a range of training methods to motivate and meet the needs of different learning styles Deliver training to high standard, modelling Changing Futures values and trauma informed principles Provide support, information and guidance to learners through a coaching model, contributing to the programmes commitment to embedding trauma informed practice Facilitating action learning sets, reflective sessions, group coaching for people supporting multiple disadvantage across the system Work in collaboration with support agencies, such as MEAM and Revolving Doors, to develop and maintain productive working relationships with external providers of learning solutions
