Summary
The post holder will need to;- Lead on planning and delivering staff engagement and training sessions. Provide expert clinical input into the design, rollout, and evaluation of digital systems. Act as a key liaison between clinical teams and digital project teams to ensure safe and effective development and implementation. Promote digital literacy and engagement across all staff groups. Support service transformation and future workforce developments. This role will require flexibility, including the ability to work across a 7-day/24-hour rota during key implementation phases.
