Crynodeb
To support in the leadership of Specialist Nursing Teams whilst being accountable for the performance, quality, and clinical effectiveness of the team. A key outcome of the role is to support your team to understand and own their quality, recognise, and respond to patient safety concerns, whilst identifying, assessing, and managing risk. The post holder is expected to provide direct patient care, acting as an expert practitioner ensuring that the specialist nurses within the team practice within a legal and ethical framework that adheres to The Code and local Trust Policies and Procedures.
