Summary
We're Hiring: Site Foreman
Location: Manchester
Sectors: Residential
Project Types: Refurb on 6/7 bed shared accommodation
Values: £100-300k
FREELANCE: £200 - £250 per day
Duration: Short term
Duties of a Site Foreman include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and co-ordinate daily site activities, labour, and sub-contractors (HMO (6/7 bed refurb)
- Joinery background is preferred
- Report directly to the Project Manager
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly
- Doesn't mind getting stuck in
Required Qualifications/Experience as a Site Foreman
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman
- Joinery background is preferred
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a Site Foreman position
- UK driving licence preferred but not essential
