Summary
Your Role
Our client's Onboarding Team support the delivery of all onboarding activities across the business from Early Careers to Executive hiring. The team is divided into three core areas: Offer Management, Onboarding Coordination and Kit Coordination.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be a key member in onboarding coordination, working in a busy team ensuring that the candidate's journey and onboarding process runs smoothly and efficiently. Meeting SLA's and expectations are key. The Onboarding team are an internal service and we must maintain a positive end to end candidate experience along with providing the same experience to the business.
Please be aware this is a Hybrid role, you will be required to come into the office to attend team meetings, training sessions and any other business-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular communication via the phone and email with candidates and hiring managers at key touch points through the onboarding process, establishing and maintaining good relationships with them
- Working with the joiner and internal stakeholders to coordinate critical activities for the joiner's onboarding; ensuring that they have the right to work in the UK and have completed the required background vetting for their role
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that everything is in place for the joiner's first day, including kit and logins
- Ensure all joiner documentation is compliant and saved correctly, in line with GDPR
- Updating, maintaining, and reporting through the CRM
- Own and manage reporting to your assigned business areas
- Run weekly meetings to provide insightful updates to your assigned business areas
- Ensure a full end to end positive candidate experience is met
- Ownership of any issues as they arise and escalate as appropriate
- Maintaining knowledge about all onboarding processes
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects
Essential Skills & Experience
- Ability to prioritise and proactively manage multiple activities and processes at volume and at pace
- Time Management
- Organised, calm under pressure, confident and have a great work ethic to complete tasks successfully
- Proven experience of providing an exceptional service to stakeholders
- An understanding of risk and the importance of compliance
- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced work environment, working to SLA's
- Thrives on achieving results through collaboration
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is an absolute must for this role
- Confidence in dealing with people, being able to build rapport quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience of using Office 365
Desirable:
- Previous experience within an onboarding environment
- Previous experience of working with internal stakeholders
- Previous experience of using an ATS, specifically Success Factors
- Previous experience within the professional services industry
