A leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact transformation of onboarding processes across multiple global business streams. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Rate: up to £800pd inside ir35 via umbrella
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end redesign of onboarding processes across 15+ independent streams.
- Deliver weekly progress reports and updates to the steering committee.
- Operate with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of planning and execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across APAC, New York, and London.
- Ensure onboarding is positioned as a strategic enabler for business success.
✅ Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years' experience in project or program management, ideally within financial services.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stream initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in large, matrixed organizations is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in similar environments is a plus.
