The Role
Job Title: Regional Maintenance Manager
Hours: 41 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5:15pm and Friday, 8am to 2:30pm
Are you passionate about combining your leadership skills and knowledge of property maintenance to make a meaningful difference in the community?
Join us as a Regional Maintenance Manager and help improve the lives of people using P3 Charity’s services by ensuring their living environments are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. Working at various sites across, East Midlands and Lincolnshire you'll lead on essential tasks like damp and mould surveys, fire door inspections, and planning maintenance priorities. Collaborating with the team, you’ll delegate tasks, provide technical support, and oversee contractor work to ensure deadlines and budgets are met. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality, you’ll help drive improvements and track resources across our repairs and replacement service, ensuring our properties remain a safe haven for all.
We’re looking for someone with IOSH Managing Safely training, a City & Guilds qualification or NVQ level 2 in at least one trade with skills and leadership experience in a similar role, who can work with a wide range of people and take initiative. A company van, tools, and workwear are provided.
