Sound like something you want to be a part of? Here's what you need to know about the Account Manager role in our Newcastle branch. (After initial training this role is office based on a Monday and Wednesday and the remainder home based- hours are 09.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday)

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as an Account Manager will include:

  • Resourcing and facilitating the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of candidates
  • Regular communication via both the phone and face to face with candidates and key stakeholders
  • Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and databases
  • Ensuring levels of flexible employees are available to meet client needs
  • Conducting interviews and inductions
  • Registration of high volume of candidates ensuring references are up to date and proof of right to work in the UK
  • Attending client review meetings once per quarter on site
  • Delivery of key performance targets and Service Level agreements
  • Dealing with complaints, Flexible Employee performance and HR issues
  • Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and databases
