A bit about the people we support in these services:
Ty Coch – we support four independent and active ladies (30s–70s) who love engaging in their local community, whether it’s cinema trips, walks in the park, coffee outings, or attending clubs. Each has their own Motability vehicle, and enjoys a mixture of solo and shared activities. While they’re quite independent, they value support with medication, meal prep, and day-to-day tasks like housekeeping and health & safety checks. Strong family connections are a key part of their lives.

Ty Glas - We support one lady and one gentleman (both 60s–70s). The lady has complex physical needs and uses an electric wheelchair and PEG for her feeds and medications—full training will be provided. She enjoys music, playing piano, and daily contact with family. The gentleman is a music and film enthusiast who enjoys community outings, charity shopping, and weekend visits with his sister.
Gellideg - We support an individual with Down’s Syndrome and a mild learning disability who thrives on being active and enjoying life. Whether it’s going to the gym, taking part in drama classes, playing bowls, or volunteering at a local charity shop, they love spending time outdoors and staying connected with their community. With your support, they can continue to develop life skills, build confidence, and remain engaged in the activities they enjoy.
You’ll also be supporting another person with very low support needs who benefits from occasional guidance, particularly around budgeting and gaining independence. Your role will be key in helping them prepare for the transition to fully independent living.
Glendale - You'll be supporting three individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in their own home. This is a high-support service, and you'll receive Positive Behaviour Management training to help you thrive in your role. Waking nights are 10pm-7am.

Clos Afon Twyi - This is the home two a social and creative individual with learning disabilities. He loves to be out in the community and meeting new people. Sleep in a dedicated guest room at a fixed rate of £62.64 from 10.30pm – 6.30am
Split Service (Peripatetic) role – this role will give you the opportunity to work across each of the above services

Duties could include:
Supporting Individuals with their Individual needs.
Providing emotional support
Completing various cleaning and administrative Duties.
Being able to bring fresh ideas to the team and implement different ways of working.
Stock checking Individuals Medications and Finances.

Shifts and Pay:
Day Shifts: 7:30am–3:00pm | 3:00pm–9:30pm/ 10:30am-10pm | 11:00am–7:00pm
Waking Night Shifts: 10pm – 7am (+ £12.15 + 20% per hour)
Sleep-In Shifts: Additional to day shifts (+ £62.64 per shift)
Hourly Rate: £12.75, making the annual salary £24,531 (FTE)
What You’ll Need:
A genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex health needs
Flexibility – our service runs 24/7 and shift patterns vary
A full UK manual driving licence – There are mobility cars at these services and the correct licence is required.
** Due to the specific needs of the individuals we support [and current legal guidance], this role is only open to applicants who are biologically female.
