Shifts: 07:00 - 19:00 (Days) | 19:00 - 07:00 (Nights)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support a client with a C2 spinal cord injury, tracheostomy, and ventilator dependency in their own home. The individual has full capacity and requires assistance with daily living. This is a fulfilling and dynamic role offering the opportunity to learn new skills and build a meaningful care relationship.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Clinical Task - e.g., Suctioning, Nebuliser Use
  • Clinical Task - e.g., Tracheostomy & ventilator care (full training provided)
  • Personal and pressure area care
  • Supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing

You'll receive full training and undertake shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and well prepared.

Key Requirements

  • Must be a driver
  • Minimum 6 months of professional care experience
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Up-to-date CV with full work history
