Industry experience in carpentry or joinery? Join our team in one of the best Construction Faculties in the UK. You don’t need a teaching qualification but you’ll need experience of tutoring or mentoring apprentices or students. The Faculty of Construction and Built Environment is based in Sowton, Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with industry experience in Carpentry/Joinery who has the drive and commitment to deliver outstanding teaching and learning.

You should be committed to teaching and learning and ensuring that an exceptional experience is delivered to our learners to help them achieve their full potential. Whilst ideal candidates will have a teaching or assessor qualification, it is your industry skills, experience and desire to help young people into employment within the Construction sector that we rely on most. Further teacher training can be provided for the right candidate.
