Summary
1) Provide leadership within the designated clinical area to ensure the safety and effectiveness of services. You will be expected To ensure that departments and Clinical Leads prioritise the safety, effectiveness and the patient experience of the services they deliver and that appropriate clinical governance processes are in place Work within the Tri arrangement with the Divisional Director, Divisional Director of Nursing and Clinical Leads to ensure that the senior team are working effectively Engage with commissioners on service redesign and transformation Work collaboratively with Executive Directors and Associate Medical Directors to ensure that services across Divisions are effectively delivered to the highest possible standard and delivered within budget Please find attached a full job description and person specification
