What you'll be doing


Are you a practical problem-solver who enjoys variety in your work? Join our skilled team of plumbers helping to maintain the historic Parliamentary Estate, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the heart of Westminster. From fixing taps to workshop repairs and ceremonial flag-raising, your work directly supports the smooth running of UK Parliament.


You'll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across a unique and high-profile estate, working in well-equipped workshops and iconic buildings. This is a rare opportunity to apply your trade where it truly matters, helping preserve history while keeping Parliament functioning day to day.

What we're looking for.



  • A recognised plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), with a desire to keep developing your technical expertise.



  • Experience delivering a range of plumbing tasks in a busy, complex environment, with a focus on quality and safety.



  • Confidence using digital tools like mobile job apps, email, and basic Microsoft Office to manage tasks and communicate effectively.



  • An understanding of how to work safely and efficiently in occupied buildings, with the ability to follow technical drawings and instructions.
