Summary

Contract type: 16-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Working hours: 37 hours per week

About the Opportunity

We’re excited to welcome a Learning & Development Apprentice to our MyLearning Team. As Colchester embraces its city status, we’re driving an ambitious People agenda and you’ll be right at the heart of it.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our learning initiatives, including:

Our Apprenticeship Programme
The Coaching & Mentoring Scheme
Enhancing our Learning Management System
Supporting the delivery of a variety of events

You’ll also handle a variety of learning enquiries and provide admin support, including minute-taking at meetings.

What You’ll Gain

In partnership with MBKB Group, you’ll work towards a Level 3 Learning & Development Practitioner qualification. As part of your final assessment, you’ll design and deliver a training programme for the Council an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills!
