Summary
Join a team that feels like family.
Support that meets people where they are
We’re looking for a warm, reliable care assistant to support people living in the community. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help people feel safe, supported and cared for in their own homes.
Some visits might mean helping with washing and dressing. Others may involve delivering a meal, helping with medication, or simply being a calm, kind presence. You’ll follow clear care plans and get to know the people you support over time.
If you enjoy one-to-one care, value your independence, and want to do real work that matters — this could be the right role for you.

You’ll be part of a team that’s caring, close-knit and trusted.
One-to-one support that feels personal and meaningful
A friendly team who always have your back
Training to help you grow in confidence and skills
Support to complete your care qualifications
Take paid breaks and get a free uniform throughout your time here
A workplace that takes lone-working safety seriously
What Your Day Could Look Like
