Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences? We're looking for a Client Events Coordinator to join a collaborative and inclusive team on a fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients across the UK and internationally, ensuring their needs are clearly understood and met ahead of scheduled visits and events.
  • Provide clear and accurate briefs to internal teams, including production and post-event departments.
  • Allocate resources effectively to support operational efficiency and commercial success.
  • Manage post-event communications and encourage future bookings.
  • Collect and review client feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Offer occasional support for other internal or external events, including charity and commercial functions.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to respond to occasional out-of-hours issues (e.g. last-minute cancellations or logistical challenges).
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to limited public transport).
  • A flexible, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to teamwork.

What's on Offer:
  • Competitive salary up to £28,000 (pro rata, negotiable based on experience).
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata).
  • A welcoming and inclusive team culture with regular social activities.
  • A peaceful, countryside office environment designed to support focused work.
  • Opportunities to gain valuable experience and contribute meaningfully to a creative, client-focused organisation.

If you're ready to bring your coordination skills to a role where your contributions truly matter, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and help create memorable experiences in a unique and supportive setting.
