Salary: £14.50 to £16.50 per/hr plus overtime (dependent ton experience)
We currently have an exciting vacancy for Machine Operators, to work on a full-time permanent basis.
We are looking for people who can or have the aptitude to learn how to operate production machinery and associated production equipment to maximise output and quality throughout a production shift.
This will involve carrying out pre-start up checks on the production line at the beginning of each shift, monitor the line throughout the shift as well as making on-going and routine adjustments to the machines as well as being involved in product change-over’s and overall machine performance.
Previous experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided in machine operation within food manufacturing.
You will need to demonstrate a good attitude and willingness to learn and succeed. A flexible approach to rotational shift working and a successful track record of working under pressure within a manufacturing environment; you will also be looking for an opportunity to further develop your talents and career by moving into this challenging role.
