Phoenix Futures is looking to recruit an organised and efficient Data Administrator for our HMP Norwich psychosocial substance use service. This fantastic opportunity will involve providing administrative and data processing support to the HMP Norwich Phoenix team. The role is instrumental in ensuring the service is able to provide effective psychosocial substance use support to the people working with us.

The Role:

As Data Administrator you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the data infrastructure within the service. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the staff team at HMP Norwich including data collection and analysis.

About you:

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate great organisational skills and initiative, with clear and effective communication both verbally and written. Key tasks include using systems to create and maintain databases, documents and correspondence, attending and taking minutes at meetings, and maintaining digital filing and case management systems. The successful applicant will use NDTMS to submit service data, and prison systems to access relevant prison information for client care.

Interview Process:

We want you to feel comfortable to be your best during the interview process, so that you can get to know Phoenix and we can get to know you. If shortlisted, you will be contacted for a short face to face interview and be provided all details about the assessment process. There will also be an brief aptitude test, in the form of a short systems task. All details will be provided in advance so that you can feel adequately prepared and we can support you with reasonable adjustments as required.
