This role is crucial in developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our brand, deepen customer engagement, and drive sales. It’s an exciting opportunity to grow with a thriving company passionate about authentic Chinese cuisine.
About Us
At DanDan London Bridge, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, authentic Chinese culinary experiences. Our brand is founded on excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a marketing professional who understands both the food industry and Chinese culture to help take our brand to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WeChat.
Create engaging, culturally relevant content.
Analyse performance data to optimise engagement and loyalty.
2. Digital Marketing
Plan and execute campaigns using SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
Tailor content for Chinese and English-speaking audiences.
Monitor results and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
3. Campaign Development
Design and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and email.
Oversee campaigns from concept to analysis.
Focus on increasing brand awareness and customer footfall.
4. Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
Maintain and develop brand guidelines.
5. Content Creation
Write persuasive and engaging content for web, social, and email.
Collaborate with designers to deliver visually compelling marketing materials.
6. Market Research & Industry Monitoring
Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences—especially within the Chinese food industry.
Stay up-to-date on industry innovations and emerging technologies.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with internal teams (kitchen, operations, sales) to align marketing with business goals.
Support integrated campaigns that drive growth and consistency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the food/hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and campaign execution.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics, and social media tools.
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is essential.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both languages.
Creativity and cultural awareness in campaign development.
Strong analytical and organisational skills; able to manage multiple projects.
A passion for Chinese cuisine and knowledge of food trends.
If you are an enthusiastic marketer who loves food, culture, and storytelling—and you’re excited to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment—we would love to hear from you.
Please submit your CV, portfolio (if applicable), and a cover letter detailing your interest in this role and how you can contribute to DanDan London Bridge's continued success.
