Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records of housing supplies and materials.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of housing supplies.
Monitor stock levels and assist in the procurement process for necessary supplies.
Prepare and update purchase orders and assist in processing invoices.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory and storage conditions.
Support the housing team in scheduling and planning supply needs for upcoming projects.
Provide administrative support to the housing department, including filing and documentation.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in supply chain management is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and team members.
Experience in inventory management or supply chain processes preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Understanding of housing supply and procurement practices is an advantage.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
