Summary

JOB REF: VAF126: VARIABLE HOURS LECTURER IN COUNSELLING
£20.59 - £22.66 per taught hour, dependent on qualifications & experience

Variable Hours – approximately 3 hours per week (evening)

The Health and Social Care programme are looking to extend their Counselling qualifications suite. We currently offer a level 2 and level 3 qualification.

Requirements for Lecturer in Counselling
• Membership of UKCP/BACP
• Current and significant counselling experience with evidence of continued CPD
• Degree in Psychology (or equivalent)

Responsibilities for Lecturer in Counselling
• Enable learners to embark on practice working within an ethical framework
• Acting as a course tutor to appropriate student groups
• To ensure high quality teaching, learning and assessment and a positive experience for the learner
