If this, is something you are interested in, we want to speak with you!For this position you must be passionate about the Security Industry, highly self-motivated confident and be a people person who will engage with Security Teams and support each colleague in their development. <u>W</u>e will help you develop strong account management and relationship building skills to help empower you to become an inspirational leader.Experience & Attributes Required:At least 5 years’ experience in security people management, leadership, or a position similar.SIA Licence is required.Excellent people management skills and self-motivation.Understand commercials, including budgets and profitability is ideal - Ability to complete costings and efficiency reviews.Demonstrated ability to manage customers and complex working environments.Strong interpersonal & influential skills, able to deliver presentation & reports at senior level.Performance/results oriented - able to develop, motivate and lead strong, effective teams.Excellent written and IT skills - Timegate Experience an advantage.Accountabilities:You will manage and develop, through innovative ideas your own portfolio of business of £5m - £7m - Managing Site Managers of £1m + contracts.You will have access to an industry leading support structure; you will need to be proficient in recruitment, employee relations, staff development, payroll, risk management and customer relations.Consistent customer retention and development.To attend and support the Account Director in attending monthly and quarterly customer meetings and assisting with the production of the reports.Actively be involved in networking and corporate sustainability activities such as security networking forums, employability programs and security events.BDP Success stories.Risk to the business cases dismissal, grievance, appeals etc and the role they play a pivotal role in positive management liaising with their ER lead to resolve finding resolutions to stop the case going to ET.As part of your succession, you will be assigned a dedicated mentor, enrolled onto a management diploma qualification, and attend industry networking associations.Characteristics:Quality Standards - Personal presentation and high standards of business.Team Orientated - You will be passionate and determined.Hands On - This is not a desk job; you will be with your teams the majority of the week.Accountable - You will take responsibility and grow from this.Trustworthy - You will be responsible for our teams and customers properties.Responsive - We always respond to our colleagues and customers efficiently.Ambitious - An eye for business development and creating your own destiny.Hard Work - Working smarter.Benefits:Health care plan (HSF)Perk Box (HSF) - discounts & offers from cinema tickets to days outCycle to work schemeTailored Site UniformFirst class training allowing you to develop your skillsA view for career developmentLong service & Employee Recognition awardsAnd much more!!A globally recognised Security Solutions Specialist delivering service excellence, to our Customers, Colleagues, and Communities.
