The Package
• Salary of £37,488 per annum
• Permanent contract, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Role – Electrician
This is a field-based role working at both occupied and vacant properties across North Wales, where you’ll be responsible for providing a quality electrical maintenance and refurbishment service, taking pride in your work and demonstrating a high regard for customer care at all times. This will involve:
• Testing of electrical installations
• Completing full and partial re-wires (such as kitchen and bathroom upgrades)
• Installing Intelligent Energy Systems
• Undertaking training and upskilling for technology that relates to our future goals of decarbonisation
• Ensuring all paperwork and certificates are completed in accordance with relevant legislation/regulations and NICEIC guidance
• Taking responsibility for the upkeep of a vehicle, along with tools, equipment, and materials
• Assisting with the supervision of apprentices and trainees
• Taking part in an out of hours on call rota, where you may be required to attend emergency situations

Our Requirements – Electrician
• A recognised trade qualification at Level 3 / 18th Edition IEE regulations, along with a C&G 2391-52 qualification or equivalent
• Proven post-qualification experience, including testing / fault finding / repairs and installations
• Ability to hold basic conversations in Welsh (although you may struggle to keep up fully)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• A valid UK driving licence
