Hyde is looking to recruit a Repairs Scheduling Team Leader.

As a Repairs Scheduling Team Leader at Hyde, you will be working within our Property Services team, overseeing the Property Maintenance Scheduling Team to deliver an efficient, high-performing scheduling function that supports excellent customer service and operational delivery.
Responsibilities
• Lead, coach and develop the Property Maintenance Scheduling Team to ensure service excellence
• Manage operative workloads to meet KPI targets and maximise productivity, efficiency, and commercial performance
• Oversee the daily scheduling and reallocation of works across repairs and maintenance operatives
• Monitor WIP (Work in Progress), using data and reports to identify trends and drive performance improvements
• Collaborate closely with Trade Supervisors, Customer Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless service
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through effective leadership, system use, and data insights
Skills and Experience Required
• Proven experience in managing a scheduling function, ideally within property maintenance or repairs
• Strong understanding of housing repairs and maintenance – this is essential
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
• Knowledge of scheduling systems and reporting tools
• Experience working to KPIs and driving service improvements
• TMC knowledge desirable
