Summary

- Female Support Worker

- Part Time - 22 hours per week.

- Norwich, NR1

The Role

?We're looking for a compassionate and proactive female Support Worker to join our team in Norwich, where you'll be supporting four incredible young women aged between 28 and 38.

These ladies live together in a friendly, lively home and love spending time shopping, going to the cinema, enjoying pampering evenings, and dancing at their weekly Thursday night group. They're big fans of Disney films, enjoy diamond art, and even like to try a bit of yoga now and then. They're always up for learning something new and appreciate support workers who are fun, patient, and genuinely interested in their lives.

Your role will be varied and rewarding. You'll provide full personal care; you will be responsible for preparing healthy meals and supporting one person with diabetes. This includes administering insulin injections and having a good understanding of health and nutrition.

You'll often be working alone, supporting all four ladies during your shift, so confidence and the ability to manage your time effectively are essential. You'll be part of a team that's trained and supported to manage this with care and professionalism.

Shifts include a mix of daytime hours and sleep-ins, typically 3pm-10pm followed by a sleep-in, then 6am-9am. There are also 9am-3pm shifts and alternate weekend work. A separate sleep-in room is provided for staff.

We're looking for female applicants only due to the nature of the personal care involved. While being a driver is preferred, it's not essential. What matters most is your ability to support and empower these amazing women to live their best lives.

If you're someone who can bring energy a good sense of humour to the role, we'd love to hear from you.
