Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Human Resource Analyst to support HR decision-making by analyzing employee data, identifying trends, and recommending strategic improvements. The ideal candidate will help optimize HR practices through reporting, workforce metrics, and predictive analysis to enhance employee experience and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (e.g., recruitment, turnover, engagement, compensation).
Develop dashboards and reports for key HR metrics (headcount, attrition, DEI, etc.).
Assist in workforce planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend process improvements.
Support compensation and benefits analysis, including market benchmarking.
Maintain and enhance HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Conduct surveys (employee satisfaction, engagement, exit interviews) and analyze results.
Collaborate with HR and other departments on data-driven projects and reporting needs.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and employment regulations.
Prepare presentations and summaries for HR leadership and senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR analytics or related role.
Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle), Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools (preferred but not required).
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, HRIP).
Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
