Salary: £120 per day
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

This specialist SEN school in Tooting provides tailored support for pupils with complex needs, including SEMH and learning difficulties. The school fosters a therapeutic and structured environment, focusing on holistic development and student wellbeing.

About the role:
As Attendance Lead, you will play a key part in supporting student engagement by tracking attendance, liaising with families, and working closely with the SEN and pastoral teams. You'll also ensure accurate use of MIS systems and help embed good attendance practices across the school.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:
- Monitor and record daily pupil attendance
- Follow up promptly on absences and concerns
- Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies
- Collaborate with pastoral and safeguarding teams
- Maintain accurate data using SIMS or Arbor

Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:
- School-based experience, ideally in an SEN setting
- Background in attendance, admin, or pastoral work
- Proficiency with MIS systems (SIMS or Arbor)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Calm, professional, and proactive attitude
- Safeguarding or attendance-related training (desirable)
- Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service
