Are you a motivated and experienced Spa Manager with a passion for wellbeing and outstanding customer service? Join our dedicated team at Refresh Spa, Emirates Arena, where you’ll ensure each client receives an exceptional standard of care — all while helping to maintain the smooth operation of our thermal and hydro spa facilities.

We are currently seeking a part-time Spa Manager to co-lead our talented team. Working closely with our existing part-time manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring excellence in service delivery, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the effective daily management of Refresh Spa, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead on therapist training and assessment, ensuring staff meet professional standards and deliver excellent treatments.
• Manage shift rotas, scheduling, and staff absence, ensuring adequate cover at all times.
• Supervise a team of spa professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance performance.
• Allocate duties and responsibilities within the team, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, within set timescales, and in adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, including income, expenditure, stock levels, and usage, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Promote spa products and packages, maximising business opportunities.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to generate content for social media and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience, responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in spa, leisure or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
• A proactive, organised approach with attention to detail
• A passion for the spa industry and delivering high-quality client experiences
