School Meals Supervisory Assistant
Situated within Mytham Primary School, Little Lever
Location: Mytham Primary School, Little Lever, Bolton, BL3 1JG
Grade: Grade B
Salary range: Scp 3 £24,027 to Scp 4 £24,404 per annum (pro-rata)
Actual salary: £5,429 - £5,515 per annum
Contract: 10 hours and fixed term initially to Dec 25, term time only
Working hours: Monday Friday 11.30am 1.30pm
Closing date: 1st September 2025 at 9am
Interview date: week commencing 8th September 2025
Start date: September 2025
The Governing Body of Mytham Primary wish to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated school meals supervisor to join our team. A patient and friendly approach and the ability to manage behaviour in a positive manner is an essential part of the role.
The successful candidate will:
Be hardworking and able to work as a member of a team to ensure the children are safe, happy and healthy at lunchtime
Be able to supervise the children in the dinner hall, playground and classrooms during wet weather.
Enjoy the company of children, listening and talking to them, sorting out problems and engaging with them in playground and indoor games
Have a good level of English and Maths.
Have a commitment to be involved in every aspect of our school life
Be a team player who can work in partnership with others.
