Key Stage 1 LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT (to include lunchtime supervision)30 hours per week to work 8:45am-3:15pm, with a 30-minute break, Monday to Friday during term time.Please note that hours of work can be changed to suit the business needs of the school with a month's notice.Salary: £19,098-£20,204 per annum (£27,345-£28,929 FTE) Shortlisting and interviews will be arranged in early September due to the school holidays.

Through our creative curriculum we aim to prepare pupils to move confidently and happily through each stage of their education, enabling them to become lifelong learners.
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support children in Key Stage 1. The successful candidate will be positive and enthusiastic, with a commitment to our ethos, vision and values. This role is to support children during learning time both in-class and delivering specific interventions to groups, as well as being part of our midday supervision team during lunchtimes. It would be beneficial for candidates to have a strong background in supporting phonics delivery. We follow the Little Wandle Letters and Sounds programme.

• Hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Specialist Teaching & Learning Support, Teaching & Learning Support, Childcare Learning & Development or equivalent.
• Have good literacy and numeracy skills - equivalent to at least Basic Skills Level 2/GCSE (4-9 /A*-C) in English & Maths.
