A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Controller to join a UK known manufacturer in the Hereford Area!

With no day ever being the same the Quality Controller role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting audits including visual and dimensional
  • Perform product inspections ensuring the product is at 100% quality standards
  • Develop and update Quality Control Plans
  • Quarantine and document non-conforming product using an ERP system
  • Inspect and approve first-off components

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on quality control experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to Read Engineering drawings
  • Experience with measuring tools e.g. gauges
  • ISO9001 / ISO13485 knowledge - beneficial
  • Experience with CMM and Faro Arm - highly desirable
