A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Controller to join a UK known manufacturer in the Hereford Area!
With no day ever being the same the Quality Controller role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conducting audits including visual and dimensional
- Perform product inspections ensuring the product is at 100% quality standards
- Develop and update Quality Control Plans
- Quarantine and document non-conforming product using an ERP system
- Inspect and approve first-off components
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on quality control experience in manufacturing
- Ability to Read Engineering drawings
- Experience with measuring tools e.g. gauges
- ISO9001 / ISO13485 knowledge - beneficial
- Experience with CMM and Faro Arm - highly desirable
