Summary
Norse Care is offering an opportunity for a Registered Manager to work at Bishop Herbert House.
About the Role
Registered Managers are supported by their Deputy Manager and Business Administrator and will be responsible for day-to-day operation of the service. A successful applicant will work closely with their team and support services to ensure high quality care is delivered across the entire home. Throughout your induction period, you will be fully supported by experienced colleagues and Regional Director.
As part of this management structure, you will lead your team successfully to deliver high quality care to residents, collaboratively working together to ensure the delivery of outstanding care, and a thriving, supportive community for residents, families, and staff.

About You

- Experience in achieving compliance and high-quality outcomes in care settings.
