Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Logistic Supervisor to join our team on a busy construction site. This is a key role, supporting the day-to-day coordination of materials, plant, traffic, and personnel to ensure the safe and efficient running of site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily logistics operations on-site, including deliveries, waste management, and traffic movement
  • Coordinate with site management and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
  • Supervise a team of traffic marshals, forklift drivers, and general operatives
  • Maintain clear access routes and safe walkways throughout the site
  • Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks
  • Enforce site rules, safety standards, and compliance with RAMS
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries and materials stock levels

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card
  • SSSTS certificate (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
  • Proven experience in a similar logistics or supervisor role within construction
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage a team and liaise with various trades and site management
