Are you a dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking to further your career in a new position?

This diverse and vibrant nursery located in Chingford is looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join the team of hardworking staff who have a shared commitment to early childhood education and development. This is a permanent position to start soon.

There are plenty of opportunities for career development and professional growth, and you will be encouraged and supported by the enthusiastic management team with any training or further qualifications. As an Early Years Practitioner you will be a valued member of staff, and there are various benefits and bonuses available throughout the year which show the nursery's gratitude for your hard work and dedication.

Supporting children under 5 as an Early Years Practitioner is very rewarding as you are helping them develop and grow in their most formative years, assisting with the development of early reading and literacy, and early maths skills development and supporting their personal, social and emotional development.

This nursery has a focus on catering to each child's unique needs and interests, and as part of your responsibilities you will plan stimulating activities (following the EYFS curriculum closely) to ensure every child can explore, discover and grow at their own pace in a supportive and happy environment. With a private outdoor space, sensory rooms and regular days out, this is a wonderful nursery.

At minimum a Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) Early Years or Childcare qualification is essential and previous experience in a nursery setting is preferred for this Early Years position.

This is a full-time role to work 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm) but this can be flexible, and it is a permanent position, offering stability. The salary will be from £26k-30k per annum.
