Summary
We are currently working in partnership with a highly reputable Housing Association based in Bristol, who are looking to appoint a Repairs Scheduler on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position based in Kent, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of £27,972.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience booking in repairs across social housing properties and liaising with tenants regarding the progress of repairs.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Handling incoming repair enquiries from tenants including damp and mould
• Scheduling engineers to carry out maintenance and repair work, and chasing any overdue work
• Supporting the wider team to ensure service delivery aligns with the Decent Homes Standard
Experience required:
• Experience required in Social Housing
• Experience working with customers within housing
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
• Repairs Planning
